In light of Dog Bite Prevention Week (May 18th through May24th), Camp Bow Wow, North America’s largest and fastest growing pet care franchise and training component, Behavior Buddies, is hosting a free webinar for pet lovers. Hosted by Camp Bow Wow’s Behavior Specialists, Laura Roach and Nick Fisher, the webinar will be conducted on Tuesday, May 20th, beginning at 7:00 PM EST, offering a range of helpful topics and an open Q & A forum.

Topics to be discussed during the free webinar will include, but not limited to:
• Importance of education to prevent dog bites
• Dog bite statistics
• Teaching children to properly interact with dogs
• Signs to watch out for to avoid dog bites
• Camp Bow Wow®'s Dog Bite Prevention Program
• Opportunity to ask questions throughout the webinar – questions will be answered at the end

According to the Center for Disease Control, nearly 4.5 million dog bites occur each year (50% involving children) which often occur during everyday activities and while interacting with familiar dogs. To help Camp Bow Wow in its journey to educate the public, we would love for you to share this event with your readers – as prevention starts with the person, not the dog.

If you are interested in exploring this topic further, please contact me at this email or give me a call.

Best,
Ashley
