This workplace safety compliance training will explain OSHA's new initiative to protect temporary workers. It will also provide you the tools to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements when employing temporary workers.
This webinar will address OSHA's new initiative focusing on safety and health compliance for temporary service workers. The instructor will explain OSHA's enforcement initiative; explain the underlying legal principles to determine whether a temporary worker will be considered an employee of the host employer, and offer practical advice about how to ensure compliance.

Why Should you Attend:
Under this new initiative, OSHA has instructed its Compliance Officers to ask employers during all inspections about whether temporary workers are employed at the work site. If they are, the inspection will focus on the compliance issues of temporary workers. It is therefore important to understand the issues underlying the use of temporary workers and how to stay out of trouble.
