If you are employer that employs at least 1 employee who works 30 or more days in a year in California, you need to be aware of the new California Paid Sick Leave law that became effective January 1, 2015. The new CA Paid Sick Leave law has two phases...the first one having been January 1, 2015 and the second one being July 1, 2015.
