Associate Director Investment, Fire Capital Fund
Mr. Nazmush Islam has over 15 years of overall work experience with 10 years in private equity real estate investment management. He has extensively worked on and continues to work on converting existing townships to SMART CITIES. Before associated with Fire Capital, he was with Feedback Ventures, an Indian infrastructure consulting firm. He was involved in handling projects across a wide range in the real estate domain – residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and healthcare. At Feedback he worked on consulting assignments for a range of sectors and clients including real estate, government , hospitality etc.
Nazmush has been with FIRE Capital since its inception and has been involved in all the initial investments of FIRE Capital. His work profile at FIRE involves deal sourcing, deal evaluation, transaction structuring ,execution and special projects. As part of the investment team at FIRE he has also been involved in asset management and investor relationship. He has been actively involved in forming the business plan for ‘Astrum Homes’ and in initiating its operation through the initial deal pipeline.
He has done B.A (Hons) in Economics from Gauhati University & M.A in Economics , GIPE ,PUNE

Mr. Manish Kumar has over 7 years of work experience in the realty-focused private equity fund in the area of master planning, design co-ordination and project management; Handling the design and planning function of the Fund as an in-house architect; also responsible for the management of the pre-implementation activities of the projects, invested in by the Fund. He has also worked on and continues to work on converting existing townships to SMART CITIES.
Working under the operations vertical with responsibilities for generating the brief & requirements of the project based on the project configuration and inputs from different associates of the project; review & approval of the design options, together with the specifications and the costs of the project. Regular monitoring of the progress of works at different project sites, evaluating cost versus budget parameters, review/preparation of project implementation schedules (MS Project) at pre-construction and during construction stages, independent audit of quality of works at site etc.
He has done B.Arch., from IPS Academy, Indore & PGDACM, from NICMAR, Pune
