We live in a fast-paced and rapidly changing world. In our workplaces, personal stress levels are on the increase from higher workloads, decreased budgets, depleted resources and changing demands. More is expected of us with much less and expectations can feel exasperating and overwhelming.

Within this context, we need to be personally resilient and understand how we can best look after ourselves proactively and in the moment. Fortunately, resilience is a skill that can be learned and developed. It begins with knowing yourself, your strengths, weaknesses and triggers to indicate when you are under the pump.
