Did you know? Senior Employees spend close to 2.8 hours in a week managing conflicts. Nearly 60% of the Human Resource management time in the organization is spent on resolving conflicts at the workplace. For organizations, developing Product Owners can be the most difficult part of the move to a more agile mindset. A Product Owner cannot be a far off Executive Sponsor of days past, they have to be integrated into the team and have the authority to act quickly. This webinar will discuss the role and responsibilities of a Product Owner, identity ways a PM/SM can coach a Product Owner, and how to manage conflict when dealing with Product Owners.
