Haritha Ayurveda and Panchkarma center in Rishikesh, India offers 7 days preventive and regenerative Ayurveda retreat. The body is a system that needs balance to work properly and that is the focus of our retreat program. This retreat is for detoxifying and rejuvenating the body. Rishikesh in the nature’s lap with hilly terrain with unique flora and fauna with magnificence of Ganga all around is the place of this retreat. Once you have spend 7 days with us, you will feel like a different person altogether.

This 7 day package is suitable for all and is preceded by a free diagnosis program. The program includes detoxification of the whole body, mind and soul via Panchkarma. A classical Ayurvedic approach is maintained throughout the retreat. Some light reading about the Body constitution and doshas is also encouraged during the retreat.
