How to Come out Stronger After This Pandemic

This FREE 5-part consultation series Survive & Thrive! is a sponsored community outreach event to help you overcome the challenges in times of crisis.

As a self-help book author and a health professional working in the Intensive Care Unit, I witness how people are struggling to stay safe and be strong. I understand the emotional and financial challenges our patients and their families face every day. I want to help you survive and thrive in this pandemic and come out stronger when it's over.

This is a time of change.
Our old way of thinking will not solve our problems, concerns, and worries.

Join me on this FREE live consultation series to learn:
  • How to improve connections at home with your partner and children during shelter-in-place.
  • How to recognize your thought process patterns, identify your emotional triggers, and use research-proven tools of self-compassion whenever you suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.
  • How to build resiliency when everything seems to go against you and use practical tools to stay the course and overcome obstacles
  • How to discover opportunities in crisis and transform your career when your old job is no longer viable.
  • How to reverse engineer your own step-by-step action plan by modeling someone who has already achieved what you're inspired to do.
Here is the Survive and Thrive Live Consultation Series schedule: please mark your calendar for attendance.
