This seminar teaches mental health professionals how to help clients rid themselves of obsessions and subsequent compulsive behavior. Attendees will learn the CBT conceptualization of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Attendees will learn how to help their clients eliminate the obsessive fears through rational disputation. They will also learn how to use behavior techniques to eliminate those fears when the rational presentation of evidence does not appear to be sufficient for them to modify the client’s behavior.

About the Presenter
Dr. ALDO R. PUCCI, is President of the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists.
