CareNovate Magazine is proud to host its first virtual summit - IMPACT80, a virtual event that will serve as a platform for open conversation among women, caregivers, health care experts.
IMPACT80 Summit is designed to empower, educate and encourage antendees by featuring women experts in the field of caregiving, health care, womens health, health literacy. They will share tips, resources, information in today's changing health care system.
WHY? Women are majority of Caregivers in the US and around the world. They make up a significant part of the healthcare workforce, YET they are underrepresented as decision-makers. Female consumers control upwards of 80% of spending in the U.S and make daily household decisions including HEALTH, WELLNESS AND CAREGIVING.
Another issue: 90% of US adults are health illiterate. Yet, more than ever, caregivers are seeking health information online. IMPACT80 will empower caregivers and women to actively partake in their health care decisions and act on those decisions is a key driver to improving care and reducing costs.
