We had a hugely successful meetup in February and it feels great to announce our next upcoming meetup in April.
This time, we welcome Cynthia Yuill, who has years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Cindy will be speaking on "Not Your Father’s QA: Changing the Culture of Quality within an Organization." She will share interesting insights from her personal experiences and will lead an interactive discussion where you can share your observations on how the Software Quality Assurance field has changed over the course of your career. Cindy is an amazing speaker and we are glad she could find time to travel to Philly and speak at our Meetup.

About the Speaker:
Cynthia Yuill (PMP, CSM) is a dedicated, pro-active, results-driven QA Manager with years of experience developing and executing QA strategies based on industry best practices.
Armed with a degree in French Literature from McGill University, Cindy fell into software testing purely by chance when L.L.Bean needed someone to test the internationalization of their systems. Thus having found her passion, she spent many years testing and leading testing for a wide range of applications at L.L.Bean.
She is currently building up a QA organization and instituting quality best practices as the head of QA for IT at IDEXX Laboratories where she is about to celebrate her 4 year anniversary. She is also passionate about Agile practices and is a member of the board for Agile Maine.
When not bringing quality practices to IDEXX, Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her family boating or skiing, as well as traveling, reading and photography.
