In this webinar on the subject of the General Data Protection Regulation (or “GDPR”), we will give a brief introduction to the main principles of data protection and we will examine some key obligations with which NGO’s may be confronted, e.g. when processing of sensitive data (such as medical data or data revealing ethnic origin, political opinion, religion or sexual orientation) or when transferring data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area). The purpose is to help participants define their “to do”-list to comply with the GDPR by May 2018.
