This elite coaching series starts on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time, and we will meet online weekly for 6 weeks. Participants qualify for CEU credits and webinar series is limited to 12 attendees only.

As a participant in this elite coaching master class webinar series you will learn all aspects of planning and managing an event or conference, and you will leave with the confidence to successfully execute your next project. This series' expert is Al Wynant, a meeting professional with more than 30-years of international event and meeting planning experience. He has planned events for 25 to 125,000 attendees.

THE SESSIONS
Six live 90 minute online group coaching sessions limited to 12 participants. Yes there is homework, and you will receive one hour of personal one-on-one coaching, and collaborative support to take your events and meetings, and your career to the next level. All participants will receive a certificate of completion and CEU credits.

Session 1: Goals and Budgets
July 12 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
In this session we will cover goal setting, and how to develop and manage an event budget.

Session 2: Sponsorships and Marketing
July 19 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
In this session we will work on sponsorships, discover how they tie to your budget, and discuss event marketing.

Session 3: Negotiations and Contracts
July 26 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
As planners you will work with many vendors. In this session you will learn how to negotiate, and understand contracts before executing them.
 
Session 4: Logistics and Staffing
August 2 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
Events have countless moving parts. In this session you will learn the tools and processes on managing logistics, and how to hire, train and manage event staff and volunteers.

Session 5: Event Technology
August 9 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
In this session we will take a look at event technology, and how you should evaluate your need, capabilities and budgets for implementing technology pre-, during, and post-event.

Session 6: Onsite Management
August 16 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time 
Showtime! In this session we will look at all of the aspects of managing the event onsite, including vendor and venue management, staffing, security and more.
