MARC VON GRUNDHERR (DIRECTOR @BENHAM & REEVES)
A board director since 2001, Marc oversees the company’s rentals operation as well as securing new business. Instrumental in the company’s expansion, he works closely with Managing Director Anita Mehra to develop its core services and regularly presents at international property seminars for investors. Marc is a property investor with an impressive portfolio built up over 25 years and is a regular media contributor in the UK.

Rob has worked at Berkeley Group for 7 years, initially in London where he worked on a number of Berkeley Groups most prestigious developments, most notably bringing to market the hugely successful South Quay Plaza development in Canary Wharf. Rob was moved to the Berkeley Group Singapore office in January 2016, where he works closely with business partners throughout South East Asia. Since his move to Singapore Rob has played a major role in increasing the revenue of the operation three-fold and expanding market share throughout South East Asia.
