In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the White House issued yet another wave of sanctions and export controls.

Russia and Belarus will be denied access to U.S. technology, weakening their defense sectors. Additionally, specific entities and officials who support the invasion will face repercussions, including a cutoff of their funding sources and further restrictions on their activities. As Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine's landscape rapidly evolves, companies need to evaluate their touchpoints with these countries.

The webinar will be hosted by Thomas Mathew, Senior Vice President at OCR, and will feature three guest speakers from the Export Compliance Training Institute: Scott Gearity, Timothy P. O'Toole, and Donald Pearce. During this event, our panelists will discuss the rapidly changing landscape of export controls and sanctions applicable to Russia, including recently published additions to the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the impact these changes will have on exporters
