In this training, leaders and managers are assisted to design and create accommodation and support system that encourages self-care and positive relationship among members of the team. Guided by the theory of positive psychology, this training provides strategies on how leaders and managers can teach their members to shift their own perspective into a positive outlook in life, therefore improving the quality of their lives.

Objectives:

  • To learn the principles of positive psychology, well-being theory, and supportive workplace environment.
  • To guide leaders and managers in creating a positive workplace environment that encourages a positive work attitude and positive work relationship.
  • To assist leaders and managers design their own strategies to address well-being at work.
  • To guide leaders and managers on how to sustain their strategies to keep their employees motivated and come to work in their best self.
