Description
During this session we will discuss and define what anger is and isn't as well as explore the triggers that may cause children to display traits and signs of anger. We'll also briefly touch on how mental health diagnosis such as Autism, A.D.H.D., Oppositional Deviance Disorder, P.T.S.D., and emotional mood disorders directly and indirectly effect children.
In closing, we will have fun doing a few intro-reflection exercises challenging whether or not our children or the children we teach, mentor, or coach are the ones with anger management issues or is it us (the adults!)
