Created by Engage Education and run by our global team, iday is a revolution in teacher recruitment.
iday events enable qualified teachers to travel to their preferred work location and be interviewed for a variety of teaching roles, all for free.
iday helps both teachers and schools sidestep the challenges associated with recruitment – from prohibitive travel costs to awkward telephone interviews. Through multiple face-to-face interviews, all in one place, on one day, it’s a remarkably effortless way for the right teachers to click with the right schools.
For UK teachers – iday is a flexible solution to finding a new job
Depending on your current work situation and where you live, iday is a great way to find a new role! It’s flexible and it’s free, so you can come to London, interview with schools, visit your top 2 and go home with a new job.
For international teachers – iday is the best solution to finding work in the UK
We’ve spent the last 10 years ensuring that iday gets better and better. It’s totally free to attend, too. Here’s how the week goes:
– Saturday/Sunday – we fly you over to England!
– Monday – interviews all day!
– Tuesday – CPD sessions and free time
– Wednesday and Thursday – you pick your top 2 favourite schools from Monday’s interview day, check them out in person and teach a lesson!
– Friday – Job offers!
We hold a number of iday events throughout the year, so if you can’t make this one, don’t worry!
