Child Sexual Abuse: Equipping Ourselves to Protect Children

We are conducting a program split over 3 days on “Child Sexual Abuse” and applicability of POCSO Act. In case your organization works with children in any capacity or employees interact / come in contact with them in any capacity (such as at creches, family day at work, etc.) this program will be very relevant especially to understand POCSO law provisions regarding instances and reporting. 

In fact, if employees are working from home and there are children around and one can see any indicators of abuse, it would be mandatory for them to take certain steps not only from the point of view of safety of the child but also organization’s & individual’s responsibility under POCSO law.
