In this webinar we will discuss some of today’s changes in healthcare, and how a premium is put on having quality leadership in place. Ms. Lindsey puts to rest several myths regarding leadership and shares many ideas for developing skills such as integrity and listening. The foundation of Ms. Lindsey’s presentation is on discovering and nurturing the leadership skills of professionals at all levels of the organization, not just those who are positioned at the top.

Your Presenter:
JULIA LINDSEY, MS, OTR/L, has been an occupational therapist for 34 years in various settings including schools, private practice, and home health. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University and a Master’s degree from University of Indianapolis. She is currently pursuing a doctorate program at Eastern Kentucky University. She has held many leadership roles and discovered the power of coaching with students, staff members, and clients. Julia is a certified John Maxwell coach, teacher, and speaker.
