Assist your clients to get smart about anxiety reduction by incorporating the “best of the best” of emotional intelligence.

Full Description:
Neuroscience can now explain the connection between how emotions store in our bodies and the resulting distress that manifests as anxiety. This intimate connection within brain systems offers insight for anxiety intervention.  By utilizing the competencies, skills, and construct of emotional intelligence to control, regulate, and manage emotions, the symptoms of anxiety can be addressed more deeply than by just correcting and applying rational thought.

In this webinar, Dr. Steffen reveals how to use “the best of the best” of EI to help clients improve their ability to relate to self and others, thus reducing their levels of anxiety.  Her presentation emphasizes a life-style change brought about with EI, in which clients think, feel, behave, and believe differently about themselves and their choices in life.
